Refund Policy for Online Qurbani Service

 

At Sunnat Qurbani Group, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience to all our customers. However, due to the nature of our online Qurbani service and in accordance with Shariah law, we have established the following refund policy:

 

1. No Refunds After Qurbani:

Once the Qurbani has been performed, according to Shariah law, we are unable to offer any refunds. The act of Qurbani is considered a religious obligation and cannot be reversed once it has taken place.

 

2. Refunds for Cancelled Bookings:

If you decide to cancel your booking before the Qurbani, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will provide a refund subject to the following conditions:

 

   a. Cancellation Before Purchasing Date:

      To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking before the Before Purchasing Date, as specified on our website. Any cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

   b. Deduction of Administrative Fee:

      A non-refundable administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for the Qurbani. This fee covers processing, handling, and other related administrative expenses.

 

   c. Refund Process:

      Refunds will be processed within a 15 working days time frame after the cancellation request has been received and verified. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial transaction.

 

Please note the following additional information:

 

– Refunds will be provided in the original currency and the amount paid at the time of the transaction. Any differences due to currency exchange rates or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

– In case of disputes or exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, our team will handle them on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the principles of fairness and Islamic law.

 

– The refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the policy on our website regularly for any updates or modifications.
