1. The Institution is appointed by the customer, with full authority, as their representative to purchase the animal and carry out the Qurbani (sacrifice).
   جانور کی خریداری اور قربانی کا فریضہ انجام دینے کے لیے کسٹمر مکمل اختیارات کے ساتھ ادارہ کو اپنا نمائندہ مقرر کرتا ہے۔
2. Payment shall be made at the time of placing the order.
   رقم کی ادائیگی آرڈر کے وقت کی جائے گی۔
3. The sacrificial animal shall be fit for Qurbani in accordance with the requirements of Shariah.
   قربانی کا جانور شرعی شرائط کے مطابق قربانی کے لیے موزوں ہوگا۔

Under this agreement, the customer expresses consent and authorises the Institution to act on the following matters:

ایگریمنٹ کے تحت کسٹمر ادارہ کو درج ذیل امور کی اجازت دیتے ہوئے اپنی رضامندی کا اظہار کر رہا ہے:

1. The meat of each person’s Qurbani and the other parts — such as trotters, heart, liver, kidneys, etc. — shall, as far as possible, be kept separate. However, in case of necessity, joint distribution is also permissible.
   ہر فرد کی قربانی کا گوشت اور دیگر اجزاء مثلاً پائے، دل، کلیجی اور گردے وغیرہ حتی الامکان علیحدہ رکھے جائیں گے، البتہ مجبوری کی صورت میں مشترکہ تقسیم بھی ممکن ہے۔
2. If a purchased animal develops any defect or change due to an accidental occurrence, the Institution shall have full authority to obtain another animal on the customer’s behalf and complete the Qurbani obligation.
   اگر خریدے گئے جانور میں حادثاتی طور پر کوئی نقص یا تبدیلی واقع ہو جائے تو ادارہ کو کسٹمر کی طرف سے دوسرا جانور حاصل کر کے قربانی کا فریضہ انجام دینے کا مکمل اختیار ہوگا۔
3. The skin of the sacrificial animal, or the amount received from its sale, shall be given on the customer’s behalf to authorised religious institutions, welfare organisations, or deserving individuals, in accordance with Shariah principles.
   قربانی کی کھال یا اس کی رقم کسٹمر کی طرف سے مستند دینی اداروں / فلاحی تنظیموں یا مستحق افراد کو شرعی اصولوں کو مدِنظر رکھتے ہوئے دے دی جائے گی۔
4. The head/neck, extra fat from the rump, and other surplus parts of the sacrificial animal shall not be included in the customer’s share; instead, they shall be given in charity (sadaqah). If any amount is received against these, that too shall be donated in charity.
   قربانی کے جانور کی سری / منڈی، اضافی چربی اور دیگر زائد اجزاء حصے میں نہیں ڈالے جائیں گے بلکہ ان کو صدقہ کر دیا جائے گا، اور اگر ان سے کوئی رقم حاصل ہوئی تو اسے بھی صدقہ کر دیا جائے گا۔

Note:

نوٹ:

• The amount collected includes the price of the animal and other expenses, along with the Institution’s service charges.
  وصول شدہ رقم میں جانور کی قیمت اور دیگر اخراجات کے علاوہ ادارہ کے سروس چارجز بھی شامل ہیں۔
• The above expenses shall be calculated on an overall basis. If, after paying the price of the animals, the slaughterhouse expenses, and the Institution’s charges, any balance remains, it shall be donated in charity on behalf of the customers.
  مندرجہ بالا اخراجات کا حساب مجموعی اعتبار سے ہوگا۔ جانوروں کی قیمت، ذبح خانے کے اخراجات اور ادارہ کے چارجز کی ادائیگی کے بعد اگر کوئی رقم بچ گئی تو وہ کسٹمرز کی طرف سے صدقہ کر دی جائے گی۔
• Qurbani meat shall not be returned or exchanged.
  قربانی کا گوشت واپس یا تبدیل نہیں ہوگا۔
• Safekeeping of the booking receipt is the customer’s responsibility; the meat will be delivered against this receipt.
  بکنگ کی رسید کی حفاظت کسٹمر کی ذمہ داری ہے، قربانی کے گوشت کی فراہمی رسید پر ہوگی۔
• The meat will be delivered to the customer within 2 hours of the Qurbani being performed.
  قربانی ہو جانے کے 2 گھنٹے بعد کسٹمر کو گوشت پہنچا دیا جائے گا۔

Declaration / Confirmation:

یقین دہانی:

• I (the customer) confirm that I am eligible to perform Qurbani. I am a Muslim of correct belief (Sahih-ul-Aqeedah); I hold faith in the finality of Prophethood (Khatm-e-Nabuwwat) in accordance with the Constitution of Pakistan; and I am presenting Halal (lawful) wealth for the Qurbani.
  میں (کسٹمر) یقین دہانی کراتا ہوں کہ میں قربانی کا اہل ہوں۔ صحیح العقیدہ مسلمان ہوں، عقیدۂ ختمِ نبوت پر پاکستان کے آئین کے مطابق ایمان رکھتا ہوں، اور قربانی کے لیے حلال مال پیش کر رہا ہوں۔
• I (the customer) have read the Institution’s Qurbani Service Agreement carefully and I fully agree with it.
  میں (کسٹمر) نے ادارہ کا قربانی سروس ایگریمنٹ بغور پڑھ لیا ہے اور میں اس سے مکمل طور پر اتفاق کرتا ہوں۔

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the online Qurbani service provided by Sunnat Qurbani Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website and online Qurbani service and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sunnat Qurbani Group.

براہِ کرم سنت قربانی گروپ (”ہم“، ”ہمارا“ یا ”ہماری“) کی فراہم کردہ آن لائن قربانی سروس استعمال کرنے سے قبل یہ شرائط و ضوابط (”شرائط“) بغور پڑھ لیں۔ یہ شرائط ہماری ویب سائٹ اور آن لائن قربانی سروس کے استعمال پر لاگو ہوتی ہیں اور آپ کے اور سنت قربانی گروپ کے درمیان ایک قانونی طور پر قابلِ نفاذ معاہدہ تشکیل دیتی ہیں۔

1. Acceptance of Terms:

1۔ شرائط کی منظوری:

By accessing and using our online Qurbani service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

ہماری آن لائن قربانی سروس تک رسائی حاصل کرنے اور اسے استعمال کرنے سے آپ ان شرائط کے پابند ہونے پر رضامند سمجھے جائیں گے۔ اگر آپ ان شرائط سے متفق نہیں ہیں تو آپ ہماری سروس استعمال نہیں کر سکتے۔

2. Eligibility:

2۔ اہلیت:

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our online Qurbani service. Anyone whose earnings are not Shariah-compliant (e.g., employment in a conventional bank, insurance company, etc.) is not eligible to apply, except for a complete (whole) cow or goat. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

ہماری آن لائن قربانی سروس استعمال کرنے کے لیے آپ کا قانونی طور پر بالغ ہونا اور معاہدہ کرنے کی قانونی اہلیت رکھنا ضروری ہے۔ ایسے افراد جن کی آمدنی شرعی اعتبار سے جائز نہ ہو (مثلاً روایتی بینک، انشورنس کمپنی وغیرہ میں ملازمت)، حصے کی قربانی کے لیے اہل نہیں ہیں، البتہ وہ مکمل گائے یا بکرے کی قربانی کرا سکتے ہیں۔ ہماری سروس استعمال کر کے آپ اس بات کی تصدیق و یقین دہانی کراتے ہیں کہ آپ ان شرائط پر پورا اترتے ہیں۔

3. Online Qurbani Service:

3۔ آن لائن قربانی سروس:

Our online Qurbani service allows you to purchase Qurbani services for religious purposes. Once you confirm the order, you are responsible for making prompt payment. We, as your agent, are responsible for booking the order, recording the delivery details, sending you confirmation of your booking, purchasing the specified type of animal, performing the slaughter on your behalf, and preparing the meat for delivery.

ہماری آن لائن قربانی سروس آپ کو مذہبی فریضے کی ادائیگی کے لیے قربانی کی خدمات خریدنے کی سہولت فراہم کرتی ہے۔ آرڈر کی تصدیق کے بعد بروقت ادائیگی آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ ہم بطور آپ کے نمائندے (وکیل) آرڈر بک کرنے، ڈلیوری کی تفصیلات درج کرنے، آپ کو بکنگ کی تصدیق بھیجنے، مقررہ قسم کا جانور خریدنے، آپ کی طرف سے قربانی کرنے اور گوشت کو ڈلیوری کے لیے تیار کرنے کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔

4. Pricing and Payments:

4۔ قیمتیں اور ادائیگیاں:

The prices for our Qurbani services are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. You are responsible for paying the full amount due at the time of purchase. Payments can be made through the payment methods available on our website.

ہماری قربانی سروسز کی قیمتیں ہماری ویب سائٹ پر واضح طور پر درج ہیں اور کسی بھی وقت پیشگی اطلاع کے بغیر تبدیل کی جا سکتی ہیں۔ خریداری کے وقت پوری واجب الادا رقم کی ادائیگی آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ ادائیگیاں ہماری ویب سائٹ پر دستیاب ادائیگی کے طریقوں کے ذریعے کی جا سکتی ہیں۔

5. Accuracy of Information:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process, including your contact details and delivery address. We will not be held liable for any issues or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

خریداری کے دوران درست اور مکمل معلومات فراہم کرنا — بشمول رابطہ کی تفصیلات اور ڈلیوری کا پتہ — آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ آپ کی طرف سے غلط یا نامکمل معلومات دینے سے پیدا ہونے والے کسی مسئلے یا تاخیر کے ہم ذمہ دار نہیں ہوں گے۔

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

6۔ منسوخی اور رقم کی واپسی:

Once a purchase for Qurbani has been made, in accordance with Shariah, no cancellation or refund is possible. Qurbani is considered a religious obligation and cannot be reversed once the purchase has been completed. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.

قربانی کی خریداری مکمل ہو جانے کے بعد، شرعی اعتبار سے، نہ تو منسوخی ممکن ہے اور نہ ہی رقم کی واپسی۔ قربانی ایک مذہبی فریضہ ہے اور خریداری کے بعد اسے واپس نہیں لیا جا سکتا۔ مزید معلومات کے لیے براہِ کرم ہماری رقم کی واپسی کی پالیسی (Refund Policy) ملاحظہ فرمائیں۔

7. Delivery:

7۔ ڈلیوری:

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Qurbani at the specified delivery address on the designated date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.

ہم مقررہ تاریخ پر دی گئی ڈلیوری ایڈریس پر قربانی پہنچانے کی ہر ممکن کوشش کریں گے۔ تاہم ہمارے اختیار سے باہر غیر متوقع حالات — مثلاً قدرتی آفات، ٹرانسپورٹ میں رکاوٹ یا دیگر فورس میجور (ناگزیر) واقعات — کی صورت میں ڈلیوری کی ضمانت نہیں دی جا سکتی۔

8. Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and trademarks on our website are the intellectual property of Sunnat Qurbani Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

ہماری ویب سائٹ پر موجود تمام مواد، مٹیریلز اور ٹریڈ مارکس سنت قربانی گروپ کی دانش املاک ہیں اور قابلِ اطلاق دانش املاک کے قوانین کے تحت محفوظ ہیں۔ ہماری پیشگی تحریری اجازت کے بغیر آپ کسی بھی مواد کو نقل، تقسیم، تبدیل یا اس سے ماخوذ کام تیار نہیں کر سکتے۔

9. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Sunnat Qurbani Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our online Qurbani service, including but not limited to any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

قانون کی اجازت کی حد تک، سنت قربانی گروپ ہماری آن لائن قربانی سروس کے استعمال سے یا اس کے سلسلے میں پیدا ہونے والے کسی بھی براہِ راست، بالواسطہ، ضمنی، نتیجاتی یا خصوصی نقصان کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا، بشمول (مگر منحصر نہیں) منافع، ڈیٹا یا کاروباری مواقع کے کسی نقصان کے۔

10. Indemnification:

10۔ معاوضہ و دفاع:

You agree to indemnify and hold Sunnat Qurbani Group, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our online Qurbani service or any violation of these Terms.

آپ اس بات سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں کہ ہماری آن لائن قربانی سروس کے استعمال یا ان شرائط کی کسی خلاف ورزی سے پیدا ہونے والے تمام دعوؤں، نقصانات، ذمہ داریوں اور اخراجات (بشمول قانونی فیس) سے سنت قربانی گروپ، اس کے ملحقہ اداروں، ملازمین اور ایجنٹس کو محفوظ رکھیں گے اور ان پر آنے والی ذمہ داری کی ادائیگی کریں گے۔

11. Modifications to the Terms:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or modifications.

ہم کسی بھی وقت پیشگی اطلاع کے بغیر ان شرائط میں ترمیم، اپ ڈیٹ یا تبدیلی کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔ کسی بھی تبدیلی یا اپ ڈیٹ سے باخبر رہنے کے لیے ان شرائط کا وقتاً فوقتاً جائزہ لینا آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

12۔ قابلِ اطلاق قانون اور دائرہ اختیار:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

ان شرائط پر اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کے قوانین لاگو ہوں گے اور انہی کی روشنی میں تشریح کی جائے گی۔ ان شرائط سے یا اس کے سلسلے میں پیدا ہونے والے کسی بھی تنازع کا فیصلہ صرف اور صرف کراچی، پاکستان کی عدالتوں کے دائرہ اختیار میں ہوگا۔

13. Severability:

13۔ علیحدگیٔ شقوں (Severability):

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

اگر ان شرائط کی کوئی شق ناقابلِ عمل، غیر قانونی یا کالعدم قرار پاتی ہے، تو باقی تمام شقیں اپنی جگہ مؤثر اور قابلِ نفاذ رہیں گی۔
