3. Online Qurbani Service:

Our online Qurbani service allows you to purchase Qurbani services for religious purposes.
Once you confirm the order you are responsible to make prompt payment. We as your agent are responsible to book the order, specify the delivery details, receiving confirmation of your booking and will purchase the type of animal, slaughter on your behalf and make it ready to deliver.

4. Pricing and Payments:

The prices for our Qurbani services are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. You are responsible for paying the full amount due at the time of purchase. Payments can be made through the available payment methods provided on our website.

5. Accuracy of Information:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process, including your contact details and delivery address. We will not be held liable for any issues or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

Once a purchase for Qurbani has been made, according to Shariah law, no cancellations or refunds are possible. The Qurbani is considered a religious obligation and cannot be reversed once the purchase has been made. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
